Introduction

Two Thumbs is designed to minimize the collection of sensitive data. We do not intentionally process personally identifiable information (PII) and require all customers not to submit PII to our service. We are committed to operating in accordance with the principles of both the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What We Collect and to What Purpose

• Feedback data submitted to our API, to generate feedback insights
• Slack workspace and channel IDs, to let our service interact with Slack for the purpose of delivering feedback insights
• Stripe customer IDs, to manage subscriptions
• Anonymized feedback from our own website, to improve our service

Data Retention

On the first weekday each month, feedback older than six months and all data from customers with subscriptions expired over a month ago are deleted.

Your Responsibilities

You are required to NOT send PII to our service. We are not responsible for PII submitted against this policy.

Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data.
